She received her MLS from the University of Maryland College Park and an MA in History from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Jennifer A. Keach is Director of Digital Services and Associate Professor at James Madison University, where she leads a department focused on Web development, software and hardware for library users and staff. She has managed academic library Web projects, both large and small, for more than 10 years. She received her MLS from the University of Alabama.
